2. Products

We sell natural personal care, baby care, skincare, sun care, hair care, hand and body care, and home care products under the SIVENO brand.

Product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, images and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Customers should always read the product label before use, especially where allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, children, babies or sun exposure are relevant.

Cosmetic and personal care claims on this website are intended to describe product characteristics and routine benefits. They are not medical advice and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket. We will send an order confirmation email after checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable.
• Payment is declined or appears fraudulent.
• The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported.
• There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
• We reasonably believe the order breaches these terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order.

Payment is taken through Shopify and approved payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We aim to deliver within the time shown, and in any event within 30 days unless we agree a different delivery time with you.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Online customers usually have a 14-day right to cancel from the day they receive their order. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.

Some sealed products cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, unless faulty. This includes personal care, skincare, baby care, lip care, toothpaste, deodorant and cosmetic products.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Product safety and customer responsibility

Use products only as directed on the product label. Keep products out of reach of children unless specifically intended for children and used under appropriate adult supervision. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek professional advice if needed.

For sun care products, use generously and reapply as instructed. No sunscreen gives complete protection from the sun.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, bundles, free gifts and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, stock availability and expiry dates. We may withdraw or amend promotions where necessary, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

9. Intellectual property

All SIVENO names, logos, images, copy, product content and designs on this website are owned by or licensed to SIVENO and its authorised partners. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory rights.

We are not responsible for business losses where products are bought for personal consumer use.

11. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.
