Shipping Policy

This shipping policy is a draft for SIVENO UK's Shopify store. Confirm the warehouse, carrier, delivery charges and processing times before publishing.

Order processing

Orders are processed from [WAREHOUSE LOCATION]. We aim to dispatch orders within [1-2 BUSINESS DAYS] after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, new product launches or promotional campaigns, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

UK delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Under UK distance-selling rules, goods should be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery time has been agreed with the customer.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact info@siveno.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email info@siveno.co.uk with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the issue with the carrier and confirm the next step.

International shipping

International shipping should remain disabled at launch unless taxes, duties, product compliance and courier restrictions have been confirmed for each destination. Cosmetics, aerosols, liquids and sun care products can be subject to additional import or transport rules.
